Responsibilities:

Ensure the reliability, availability, maintainability, safety, and integrity of equipment related to instrument, control, metering and telecom through effective maintenance and technical support processes.

Objectives:

Evaluate and respond to Management of Change (MOC) and Technical Assistance (TA) assessments.

Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Perform Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) following MODEC guidelines.

Conduct condition and performance monitoring inspections and employ predictive techniques.

Issue recommendations based on monitoring and inspection results to improve maintenance strategies.

Support Asset Management Coordinator (AMC) in developing Notification to Asset Management (NAM).

Ensure compliance with maintenance and inspection policies and regulatory requirements.

Participate in risk analysis workshops and safety reviews, providing engineering expertise.

Support on the execution of shutdown, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.

Support annual budget planning with data from previous experiences and industry best practices.

Continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) by tracking project status and updating documents.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree required of engineering is required. Post graduation in areas related to the discipline of expertise is expected.

Fluency in English; advanced proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
