Job Purpose:
Payroll benefits and personnel administration. Responsible for supporting payment processes to ensure compliance with legal rules, internal processes, and policies.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensuring the correct payment of employees’ salaries and benefits through the launch of the events of earnings and discounts, which will be processed by the payroll system, monthly. Expats, operative and corporate;
Consolidate, review, and report the incidences before sharing with payroll vendor team, to ensure the integrity of payments. Analyze the launches imported to ensure the accuracy of overtime, folds and compensated days offs and any other events due to employees. Reviewing directly with Admin, Supervisors and Superintendents for clarification. Communicating with global HR representatives to receive information and stamp;
Correctly calculate vacations and terminations through the payroll system, whenever requested and approved;
Check the entries and records made in the payroll system before closing the payroll process.
Keep all systems, employee’s files and data bases updated. And provide accurate information with HR team and stakeholders when required
Be the go-to person and coordinate along with mobility vendor, expatriates’ administrative needs such as VISA letters, school information, benefits and mobility along with global team
Educational Qualification:
Graduation Pedagogy in Psychology, Administration, or Accounting
Languages:
Advanced English.
