Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes and providing analytics insights using business intelligence tools. This role involves identifying pain points of internal clients and offering solutions through automation and digitalization using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and RPA. The analyst will gather and document user requirements, translating them into effective Power platform designs to enhance business operations and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.

Technical Competencies :

Experience building reports with Power BI
Experience building tools with Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience in developing RPA solution
Sufficient business acumen to translate business requirements into the design of dashboard and tools
SQL knowledge
Previous experience with Microsoft Azure
Previous experience with SharePoint integration
